Recruitment Agency King’s Choice is specialized in search and employment of professionals in IT and Internet technologies.
We are searching for QA Teamlead for our client, the first-mover blockchain personal bank that combines the benefits of blockchain with traditional payment infrastructure.

Location: Kiev

What you have to do:

  • Managing a small team of 2/3 QAs
  • Application testing and quality assurance for multiple platforms (web, adroid and ios)
  • Participate in grooming, planning and estimation sessions
  • Supporting and enhancing production applications
  • Transform the requirements to set of unit/integration tests
  • Analyse, review and assess requirements, specifications and application for testability
  • Develop test strategies and test plans per project goals and objectives
  • Structure QA team and provide daily guidance to junior members
  • Setting up test automation

Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working as QA Lead or Senior QA
  • High attention to details
  • Experience of test automation
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure
  • Proactive and solution-focussed
