The company offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of more than 500 IT professionals in Head Office in The Netherlands and development centers in Ukraine, Romania and Serbia for different interesting projects in main industries – Transport, electronic Retail, Digital and Software services.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Mentor and train middle or junior QA
- Provide continuous support and advice on improving QA processes
- Execute, support and improve multi-team strategy for development testing on team level
Requirements:
- More than 3 years in QA, proven track record in being a senior QA in development team
- Hands-on experience in automation
- C#, WebDriver and SpecFlow knowledge
- Deep knowledge of QA principles, processes and practices
- BDD experience is a plus
- QA experience in projects with serious financial and/or legal obligations
- Good knowledge and understanding of Agile (scrum), ideally – experience with SAFe
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to details
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
