We are searching for Senior QA Engineer for our client who helps businesses manage their brands, drive global revenues, speed time-to-market and enrich their customers’ experience.
What you have to do:
• Design and develop automation test assets so that applications meet business requirements, system goals, fulfill end-user requirements and identify and resolve system issues
• Assist with defining effective automation framework to ensure maximum reusability, maintainability and flexibility, potentially across multiple applications and/or test tools
• Execute automated and manual tests in accordance with the test plan or otherwise directed
• Seek out and identify opportunities for test automation
• Assist with coordinating automated testing efforts
• Mentor and coach members of staff to improve overall testing and technical skills
• Update the QA Lead and management on progress and any blocking issues slowing or preventing progress in a timely and competent fashion
• Ensure adherence of automation and coding standards for self and others
Requirements:
• 2+ Years Test automation experience preferably using Java or Python
• 4+ Years of testing in a testing related role
• Working knowledge of setting up test automation frameworks
• Design and execution of script based testing techniques
• Context-based, exploratory or scenario based testing techniques
• Working in an Agile Scrum environment
• The ability to install and setup the software in a virtual environment (preferably experience with AWS)
• Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
• Working knowledge of multiple test automation tools
• Experience with performance testing
• Experience with relational databases
• Experience with applications with microservices architecture
• Working with multi location teams
• Multilingual — Highly desirable
• Intermediate level of English
Would be a plus:
• Experience with Chef and automation deployment frameworks
• Experience with Gatling framework
• Experience with REST assured framework
• Coaching experience
