Test Team Lead / Senior QA Tester sought by Global leading trading exchange. You will lead, manage and motivate a team of functional, API and automation test engineers testing complex highly transactional real time web based trading systems within a fast paced Agile / TDD environment. The role will also include hands on development of efficient test strategies / plans, working closely with the Development Lead to define testing requirements. Requirements:

• Strong team leadership / test manager / test management experience
• Strong QA testing of enterprise scale / web based systems
• Automation testing experience using C#, Java, QTP, JUnit, NUnit or Selenium
• Passionate about technology, keeping up to date with new and emerging technologies
• Excellent analysis and problem solving abilities, must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Advocate of Agile / TDD methodologies, SCRUM Master a distinct advantage
