We are currently seeking a Test Director. This is a permanent, full time position. Salary would be $100,000-130,000/year, based on experience.

The chosen candidate will work remotely and can be located anywhere in North America. Travel will be required up to 25% to customer accounts as well as to Albany, NY to company headquarters for strategy meetings.

The Test Director will help to build a testing practice. The ideal candidate will be experienced, outgoing, self-motivated and will have experience specializing in test automation, establishing TCOEs, performance and endurance testing and strong functional testing.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have strong test methodology background
• Have experience with multiple test products (Loadrunner, Quicktest Pro, Quality Center)
• Have the ability to manage a team of individuals
• Support presales efforts to provide customers with the best practice recommendations in the testing field
• Have strong customer-facing and communication skills
• Have experience working for HP, Mercury or an HP/Mercury Partner (would be ideal)

Candidates must have the ability to get government security clearance if necessary.
