Senior Tester / QA Test Engineer sought by global Investment Bank. You will be a senior but hands-on tester, responsible for the scope and appropriateness of testing for releases. You will closely analyse requirements to generate test strategies and test cases and manage their execution by others in the team (some offshore). Requirements:

• Extensive software testing experience on large scale projects
• Experienced with test planning and test case generation
• UNIX command line, basic shell scripting
• SQL / Database skills
• QTP Functional Automation knowledge
• Must have knowledge of finance / trading environment, ideally with derivatives, equities, risk
• Degree educated (2.1 or above), computer science or numerate subject
• Desirable: C#, experience with options trading, Shell / Perl scripting
