Key responsibilities:

• Lead the SW/HW automation test efforts for the Test Department
• Mentor and train fellow team members for automating tests
• Interface with Applications and Design Engineering on a regular basis to understand and develop automated tests
• Interface with manufacturing or production to support and resolve issues found
• Support multiple projects undergoing tests simultaneously, including test schedule preparation, test planning and reporting
• Identify areas for continuous improvement in order to increase production yields and improve customer satisfaction
• Interact with people in various departments throughout the organization to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide product training

Required Skills:

• 4+ years relevant tech/IT experience
