Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain test plans to cover all existing product features
• Build collection of automated regression tests for the entire product.
• Planning, creating, and documenting tests for new product features
• Work with the CTO on testing and stability strategies
• Identifying and communicating risk and risk mitigation strategies
• Assisting developers with issue analysis
• Identifying issues and generating issue reports

What you need:

• 3+ yrs of software or internet QA experience
• Experience with test automation and automated regression test tools such as NUnit, JUnit, Selenium, Watin or similar
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and multiple software engineering and testing methodologies
• Strong understanding of Internet applications, including HTML, CSS, Javascript, and other web development languages
• Proficient in web-based, n-tier software testing
• Proficient in SQL
• Experience with writing test plans, test cases, and test procedures from requirements/specifications
• Knowledgeable of popular web browsers
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools
• Extremely detail-oriented
