What We Need:
We are looking for someone who can provide quality control and quality assurance for operations and projects. The position follows the client’s Enterprise Quality Assurance methodology, standards, guidelines, practices and procedures and leads in the planning, analysis, reporting and execution of Unit, System, Business Acceptance and User Acceptance test phases.

The person will continually lead the process improvement activities, develop the quality assurance framework and act as a mentor/knowledge transfer champion for Enterprise quality assurance and quality control initiatives.

Specific Duties:

• Quality Control
• Execute quality control process including the use of manual and automated Quality Assurance tools
• Execute quality control process based on pre-defined test plans
• Execute pre-defined manual and/or automated pre-defined test cases
• Report defects to the defect manager using manual and/or automated defect tracker

Projects

• Execute quality control process including the use of manual and automated Quality Assurance tools
• Execute quality control process based on pre-defined test plans
• Execute pre-defined manual and/or automated pre-defined test cases
• Report defects to the defect manager using manual and/or automated defect tracker

Operations

• Execute quality control process including the use of manual and automated Quality Assurance tools
• Execute quality control process based on pre-defined test plans
• Execute pre-defined manual and/or automated pre-defined test cases
• Report defects to the defect manager using manual and/or automated defect tracker

Quality Assurance

• Lead in the development of Quality Assurance standards, guidelines, practices and principles
• Analyze and make recommendations for continual process improvement initiatives
• Analyze, develop and report on Enterprise QA and QC metrics.
• Analyze, develop and maintain manual and automated test and regression repositories
• Analyze, develop, maintain and schedule manual and automated test and regression execution packages
• Act as a champion for quality assurance and quality control processes within the organization
• Act as a subject matter expert for the quality assurance team

Automation

• Lead the automation initiative at APS
• Create data and quality control repositories
• Create regression suites for continual test improvement initiatives
• Create automated test suites for continual test improvement initiatives
• Create automated metrics reporting
• Create automated document management using automation tools
• Mentor and Knowledge transfer of automation tools
• Lead process, standards, guidelines and policy for automation

Things You Need to Have:

• 7-8 Year’s directly related experience.
• CSTE and/or CSQA Certification is desirable
• Pensions Experience Desirable
• 5 – 7 years of Automation experience such as HP Quality Centre or equivalent
• Business analysis experience desirable
• Systems analysis experience desirable
• Project management experience desirable
• Financial Institution work flow and processing desirable
