Performance Test Lead-Bristol based Prestigious client requires an accomplished Test Leader with a good understanding of HP LoadRunner and HP QTP. With Proven track record in leading a team of Test Analysts, an excellent communicator (both oral and written) who understands the technical aspects of a delivery whilst being able to relate these to the business in business terms

Essential:

• QTP Certified Loadrunner certified
• Extensive performance testing within a Test Lead role A good knowledge of Test Tools and effective techniques for their use Exposure to structured testing techniques and structured testing methodologies is mandatory.
• Proven experience using the LoadRunner and QTP tools ISEB Testing Foundation certificate required or a willingness to obtain HP Performance Center Experience of Mercury Quality Center (Test Director)

The successful candidate needs to be able to:

• Conduct performance risk-assessment Define performance testing strategy on a project basis
• Provide approach overview for functional Test Managers
• Produce performance test plans
• Produces complex automated testing scripts using HP LoadRunner
• Preparation of test scenarios, scripts and data based upon risk assessment outcome
• Reviews documentation in preparation for test planning
• Conducts defect co-ordination as required.
• Revises existing test documentation as needed.
• Liaises with Test Manager
• Maintains effective lines of communication with all project members
• Manage the evolution of the performance regression pack Is a subject matter expert for automated testing and associated testing tools
• Ensures that testing is compliant with regulatory, legislative and UKIT standards.
