Postindustria company is looking for Mid-Senior Software Test Engineer to work in a team which is working to develop social CRM-system (nimble.com).

Responsibilities:

• Review product functional and non-functional requirements and create test cases.
• Specify and execute manual and automated test cases, peer reviewing the test cases.
• Assist in development of test plans, implementing improvements in test methods and strategies.
• Identify, analyze, and document all programming errors (software bugs) and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
• Depending on the level of the integration/build (product or component), appropriate testing (and corresponding bug-fixing) must be performed, in accordance with the Test Plan.
• Test Team members develop, implement and execute the test strategies and test plan.

Required skills:

• Qualification in software development or related field.
• 2+ years post qualification experience.
• Knowledge and experience of Software functional testing (Mostly web projects).
• Software development and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of test automation principles; experience in different tools is advantage.
• Version control and defect tracking systems.
• Fluency in English and good English writing skills to liaise with other teams, support staff, end users and business management people.
