Test Specialist (QTP, Load Runner, SQL, VBScript, VB, .NET): A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Test Specialist with strong QTP and Load Runner tool experience has arisen to join a reputable company in London working within the financial services sector!  

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, develop and document the company's Test strategy
• Define test automation framework and methodology
• Responsible for quality control and performance
• Coordinate QA automation procedure and development team
• Write automated test scripts in QTP (Quick Test Pro) and Load Runner
• Design and write SQL queries for data extraction, manipulation and testing
• Preparing and executing Test Plans and Test Cases
• Undertake regression testing
• Attend weekly SCRUM meetings

Qualifications and Experience: 

• ISEB certification in Software Testing
• Significant and solid experience with a range of testing techniques (Automation, Regression, Load, Stress, System, Acceptance)
• Good understanding of AGILE methodologies
• Proven experience and ability designing automation frameworks
• Excellent experience with QTP and Load Runner, as well as other similar tools
• Strong experience in preparing and executing Test Plans and Test Cases.
• Experience testing within the financial services industry (understanding of SIPPs, ISA's. portfolio management)
• Fund industry experience preferred.
