We are looking for Senior/Lead Quality Assurance Engineer for one of our main clients in Poland.

Parameters:

Location – Poznan

Duration – long-term

Start – ASAP (We consider your notice
period)

Responsibilities:

· Performs automation test strategy that promotes best automation approach

· Work with developers, business analysts, product owners to design testing strategies
and ensure code quality has been met

· Evangelize automation and assist other QA Engineers through mentorship, coaching,
tutorials, and writing scripts to speed up their testing efforts

Requirements:

· At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance

· Good understanding with at least one of the following languages (JAVA, Python, C++, Ruby)

· Good understanding and knowledge of QA processes and methodology

· Very Good English writing and speaking

· Knowledge and experience in Object Oriented Programming

· Ability to deliver results under pressure in fast-paced environment

· Solid knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle and hands on defining coverage related QA documentation

· Experience in a managerial or technical lead role at least 2+ years

· Ability to guide and mentor a team of QA Engineer
