Appium Inspector - Failed to connect to the server on Windows

Здраствуйте,

Appium Inspector на Windows 8.1 и Windows 10 возвращает ‘Failed to connect to the server’
Тести запускаються , UIAutomator работает.

В гугле ничого не нашол
